Momma

I love my Momma. She is better than any Momma out there. I'm the only one of us that calls her Momma. I'm not sure why or where I picked it up but I just have always called her Momma.

Here's a little list about why my Momma is the the best:

She is funny. Most of the time she doesn't MEAN to be funny but she is.

She has a good sense of humor. We are quite often laughing at something she said or did and she just laughs along with us.

She loves each of us differently. In the way we need to be loved.

She would be willing to help any one of us in any way she could.

She is generous. With her time, her advice, her everything.

She is the most graceful person I know. That is always the first word I think of when I think of Momma.

She believes in me like no one else. Momma is always behind me pushing me to do better, try harder.

She loves God like no other. We always say that she has the "red" phone to God. When she picks up, He puts everyone else on hold.

She exemplifies in every way the type of wife and Momma I want to be.

She is the strongest woman I know. For all her femininity my Momma can throw down or stand firm if need be.

See? Isn't she the greatest Momma ever?

Happy Momma's Day, Momma. I love you so much. Thank you for being a shining example, a solid rock and a soft place to go.
