30 Day Shred

Okay so I have been hearing SO MUCH about the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels. You know the trainer on Biggest Loser that reduces her contestants to puddles of tears? Ya, that girl. Anywho, I have been trying to in corporate working out into my life and it has gone, well, not at all. So after hearing all about the 30 Day Shred and finding out it's only a 20 minute work-out I decided I'm going to give it a try. I can commit to 20 minutes a day. I might even be able to get up 20 minutes early to do it! So, keep me accountable. Ask me how its going. And I'll let you know if I survive the butt-kicking!

Good for you! I can't do these crazy cardio workouts anymore. I can only walk. Boring.

way to go!
this workout is INTENSE and will make you feel like you're a superhero when you get through all 20 minutes. i recommend starting slowly~ do what you can do the first couple of times, working up to the full workout. even though it's only 20 minutes, it's non-stop.
good luck!!! you can do it. and if this one isn't right for you, all your bloggie buddies will help you find something else!
